Unlike conventional printing processes, there are no intermediate prepress steps between the digital document file and the final print output. As a result, the need for image setters, plates, films etc. is eliminated. Prasad Digitals caters to the needs of broad range of applications: marketing, collateral, publishing, labels, customized packaging production, photo specialty printing etc. The possibilities are numerous. We offer highly individualized approach for printing monochrome and color jobs. Further we have the option to print in white and clear tone. The maximum print area is 330×1240 mm in color. There is a wide range of media to choose from metallic, textured, gloss, matt and special recycled paper. Barcode printing, Variable Data Printing and special finishing jobs are executed efficiently and effectively.
At Prasad Digitals, our digital printing process is quick, accurate and fully digital from creation to print. The digital process enables data such as text, images, colors and graphics to be completely varied from piece to piece. We are equipped with two digital printing machines featured with 6 Colours, CMYK as standard complimenting with white and clear tone, with a production capacity of 85 pages per minute, up to 360 gsm, printing size 13”x24” duplex and 13”x50” simplex. The monochrome printing machine prints up to 96 pages per minute and up to 350 gsm.
